currently building - This historic site dates back to Orchard Park's origins as Harry Yate's horse farm. Twenty-two lots ranging in size from 0.5 - 2.5 acres on a single cul-de-sac street are set against a meandering Smokes Creek tributary.

Reed Hill Heights

East Aurora, NY

currently building - Originally built out in 2013, three lots remain in Reed Hill Heights. Conveniently located steps from the Village of East Aurora, Reed Hill has matured into an established and desirable neighborhood.

Eagle Heights

Orchard Park, NY

currently building - Johnson Homes is currently building the last two homes in this final phase of Eagle Heights. A vast and storied neighborhood that has spanned decades, we are proud to have been a part of developing and building homes here since the 90's.

Building off-site may often first require extensive infrastructure and site work prior to the beginning of any home construction. We welcome the challenges that are inherent to these types of projects, as they present opportunities for creativity and yield an impressive product when all is said and done.
